Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Siam Curated and the services we provide. Siam Curated is operated by Raweewan Phillips as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By making a purchase you agree to these terms.

The service

Siam Curated offers three tiers of travel consultation:

• The Itinerary — a personalised, expert-built travel itinerary delivered digitally
• The Conversation — everything in The Itinerary plus a personal meeting with your travel expert
• The Partnership — your expert retained throughout planning and your journey

An optional Audio Guide add-on is available with any tier — a curated collection of audio content assembled for your specific itinerary.

Booking and payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment you are purchasing the consultation service described. Payment confirms your booking and triggers the service delivery process.

Prices are displayed in GBP and USD. The currency charged will be the currency selected at checkout. Stripe may apply a conversion rate if your card is in a different currency.

Delivery

Following payment, your travel expert will contact you by email within 24 hours to introduce themselves and begin the planning process. Delivery timelines for your completed itinerary will be agreed directly with your expert, typically within 5–10 working days depending on complexity.

The Audio Guide, where selected, will be delivered through the Siam Curated app prior to your travel dates.

What we do not provide

Siam Curated provides consultation, curation and digital content only. We do not:

• Book or arrange flights, accommodation, transfers or tours on your behalf
• Act as a travel agent or hold any travel agency licence
• Provide travel insurance
• Take responsibility for third-party services recommended in your itinerary

All bookings with hotels, restaurants, guides and other third parties remain your responsibility. Our recommendations are based on personal knowledge and research but we cannot guarantee availability, pricing or standards of any third party.

Refunds and cancellations

Given the personalised and bespoke nature of the service, we operate the following refund policy:

• Before work begins — if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before your expert has begun work, you are entitled to a full refund
• After work has begun — if your expert has begun building your itinerary, refunds are at our discretion and may be partial depending on work completed
• Completed itineraries — once your itinerary has been delivered, no refund is available
• Audio Guide — once audio content has been delivered through the app, no refund is available

Our responsibility to you

We are committed to providing a genuinely expert, carefully researched service. We take responsibility for the quality of advice and content we produce. However, travel inherently involves uncertainty — we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control including political events, natural disasters, changes in local conditions, or the actions of third parties.

Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Intellectual property

Your itinerary and audio content are created personally for you and are for your private use. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without our written permission.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information. You can read it at siamcurated.com/privacy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to existing customers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
