Siam Curated is a travel consultation and digital audio guide service operated by Raweewan Phillips as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

• Complete our AI intake conversation — your answers to our questions about your travel preferences, interests, and plans
• Make a payment — your name, email address, and billing details, collected by Stripe on our behalf
• Contact us by email or through our contact form

We do not collect any information beyond what is necessary to provide the service you have paid for.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to:

• Build your personalised travel itinerary
• Assemble your curated audio guide if selected
• Communicate with you about your booking and journey
• Process your payment securely through Stripe

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We will never use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Payment information

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Siam Curated does not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Your conversation data

The answers you provide during the intake conversation are used exclusively to build your personal itinerary. Your travel expert — a human being, not an automated system — reads your answers and uses them to build something tailored to you. Your conversation data is not shared with any third party.

Email communications

When you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Your travel expert will contact you by email to introduce themselves and begin the planning process. We use Resend to send transactional emails. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us and we will action your request within 30 days.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to processing of your information

Cookies

Our website uses a single cookie to remember your currency preference — GBP or USD — between visits. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics. No cookie consent banner is required as we use only a strictly necessary functional cookie.
